Since opening in 2005, Team GymTastic! has earned many All Around and individual event titles and has had 60+ Texas State Qualifiers.
A typical workout includes a choreographed warm-up with a focus on cardio and flexibility, followed by basic skill work in which proper technique is always
enforced, and instruction on each of the Mens' & Womens' Olympic events. In addition, each workout provides intense strength and conditioning training
designed to make our athletes stronger, faster, and powerful.
